Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Litigation Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
- Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims processing
- Utilize innovative platforms for negotiation and settlement of UM/UIM claims
Required qualifications
- Kentucky Adjuster's license is required
- 3+ years of experience handling Represented Bodily Injury claims
- Experience with Uninsured/Underinsured Bodily Injury claims
- Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
