Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney licensed in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence while managing cases from inception through resolution
• Handle all aspects of discovery, attend hearings, and maintain organized case files within a case management system

Qualifications

• Active Bar admission in Kentucky (required)
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 0 - 4 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
