Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder II, working outside city, in Revenue Integrity, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and code diagnostic and procedural information using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
• Assign and sequence codes by applying regulatory coding guidelines and querying physicians for accurate information
• Ensure accurate coding and abstracting of various medical records while meeting organizational financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Three years of coding experience in a healthcare setting
• One of the following certifications: CCA, CCS, CIC-ICD, COC, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT
• Three years of coding experience in an acute care setting (desired)
• Diploma (desired)
• Additional certifications in coding (desired)
