Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - North Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for medical policy implementation and develop clinical/medical programs
• Oversee utilization review and quality assurance, including predetermination reviews and claim determinations
• Act as a clinical liaison to network providers and support medical management programs

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the Health Care Delivery System
• Active and current medical license without encumbrances
• M.D. or D.O. with active Board Certification in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty
• Post-graduate direct patient care experience
• Preferred experience in Utilization Management with a Health Plan/Payor
