Kentucky Licensed Medicare Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent will meet with clients to educate them on Medicare options, assess their needs, and assist in selecting appropriate coverage, while working remotely from Kentucky or Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Part D prescription drug plans, and Medigap supplemental insurance
• Conduct presentations, home visits, and personalized appointments to facilitate the enrollment process
• Stay informed on CMS rules and regulations to ensure compliance and follow up on leads and referrals

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Medicare sales required
• Active Life and Health License required
• Possession of additional certificates needed to legally sell Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplemental plans
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment
