Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and edit medical abstractions and MSA allocations to meet quality standards and client expectations
• Analyze and apply CMS guidelines and state regulations for Medicare Secondary Payer compliance
• Support the preparation of MSA packages for submission to CMS and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation, liability claims, or Medicare compliance
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer Act and CMS MSA guidelines
• Proficiency in medical terminology and interpreting medical records
• Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant (CMSP, MSCC, or equivalent certification) is preferred
• Experience with CMS submission processes is a plus
