Kentucky Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To deliver exceptional sleep care, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Nurse Practitioner will screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues while working remotely and collaborating with a clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
• Documenting patient interactions using customized EHR and applying appropriate billing procedures
• Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and participating in quality control activities

Required qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine, or enrollment in the Dreem Health Academy program
• Active CA and KY APRN licenses, along with a CA Furnishing license and KY prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
• Availability to work full-time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday
