Job Summary

To support a growing Occupational Health and Workers' Compensation program, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Occupational Health Advisor will manage medical surveillance, claims, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to promote injury prevention and timely return-to-work initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee medical surveillance programs and systems for risk assessment and compliance
  • Lead and manage Workers' Compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise on medical claims management and collaborate with various departments to enhance program efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Health, Nursing, or other EHS disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience handling medium complexity workers' compensation indemnity claims
  • Active RN license and 3+ years of occupational clinic or emergency room nursing experience
  • Current knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, ADA, and FMLA regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical skills
