Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work remotely in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients using patented remote technology in the state where licensed
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from an Ophthalmic Technician

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Active Kentucky state license to practice optometry
• Experience with tele-optometry is preferred
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
