Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and register patient appointments, process various communication requests, and update patient information
  • Assist with first contact resolution by addressing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources
  • Maintain professionalism and quality assurance while handling a high volume of incoming calls and communications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
  • Preferred: Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
