Key Responsibilities

• Manages associate relations functions for pharmacy technicians, including hiring and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky
• Good standing with the Board of Pharmacy
• Experience in pharmacy operations
• Ability to lead department meetings and training sessions
• Knowledge of quality assurance and security procedures for controlled substances
