Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Compliance Coordinator for the 340B Program.

Key Responsibilities

Perform reconciliation audits for 340B programs to ensure compliance
Collaborate with internal and external partners regarding pharmacy operations
Monitor compliance with retail/specialty and hospital outpatient department practices

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years of pharmacy-related experience required
Certified Pharmacy Technician (by PTCB or ExCPhT) required
Registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
