Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Compliance Coordinator for the 340B Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation audits for 340B programs to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external partners regarding pharmacy operations
• Monitor retail/specialty and hospital outpatient department compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of related pharmacy experience required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
• Must be registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods
