Job Summary

Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator, is a full-time position responsible for performing reconciliation audits for 340B programs and ensuring compliance with pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reconciliation audits for 340B programs in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with retail/specialty, hospital outpatient department, and contract pharmacy operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pharmacy compliance activities
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (by PTCB or ExCPhT)
  • Registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy-related experience
  • Associate's degree (AA) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work at a computer for extended periods
