Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with retail/specialty, hospital outpatient department, and contract pharmacy operations, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator will perform reconciliation audits for the 340B program while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct reconciliation audits for the 340B program at UK Chandler and affiliates
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with pharmacy operations
• Manage documentation and reporting related to 340B program compliance

Required qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy-related experience
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods
