Job Summary
To ensure compliance with retail/specialty, hospital outpatient department, and contract pharmacy operations, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator will perform reconciliation audits for the 340B program while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct reconciliation audits for the 340B program at UK Chandler and affiliates
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with pharmacy operations
- Manage documentation and reporting related to 340B program compliance
Required qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy-related experience
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods
