Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacy services to align with organizational goals
• Manage the pharmacy benefit program including claims processing, formulary management, and cost-effective drug utilization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and oversee quality assurance programs for medication safety

Required Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist License
• 5 years' experience in managed care pharmacy
• B. S. or Pharm.D. from an accredited college of pharmacy
• 5 years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care pharmacy or residency in managed care pharmacy (preferred)
• M.B.A from an accredited university (preferred)
