Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Refill Support Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Remote Work Eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electronic medication refill requests and ensure timely responses to patient needs
• Communicate with healthcare providers and staff regarding patient medication concerns and assistance
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate patient encounter documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA
• Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of medication assistance programs and prior authorization processes
