Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists with pharmaceutical care and manage medication adherence and refill calls
Process and prepare medication orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives within the Specialty Pharmacy

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Registered as a pharmacy technician with the State Board of Pharmacy Examiners
PTCB certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience, with Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
At least 2 years of customer service experience
