Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage communication with physician offices, document prescription requests, and assist with patient profiles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Convey professional communication with physician offices both orally and in writing
• Document clarification requests and follow up on prescription refills and updates
• Assist patients and Pharmacy Care Coordinators with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues

Required qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Three years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or pharmacy environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
