Job Summary
To provide exceptional telephonic support to patients and healthcare providers, the remote Tele-Health Nurse (RN or LPN) will manage inbound and outbound interactions related to prescription and specialty drug programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Behavior Modification and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support patient medication adherence through telephonic outreach
- Coordinate the collection of patient-specific clinical data to support therapy protocols and regulatory compliance
- Follow up with physicians, patients, and caregivers to promote compliance and continuity of care according to program protocols
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training
- Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a physician's office or laboratory
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High accuracy in data collection and clinical note documentation
