Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound communications with physician offices, maintain patient profiles, and ensure compliance with pharmacy management systems while working remotely within 50 miles of Brooks, KY.

Key responsibilities

• Convey professional communication with physician offices and manage inbound document requirements
• Execute steps for creating patient profiles and manage prescription refill requests
• Document clarification requests and follow up on inquiries within committed timeframes

Required qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Three years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or pharmacy environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
