Kentucky Licensed Program Support Supervisor
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Program Support Supervisor will supervise billing accuracy, prescription fulfillment processes, and pharmacy/medical benefits investigations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages verification of coverage with third-party payers and obtains necessary authorizations
- Resolves billing issues, including claim resubmissions and adjustments
- Ensures compliance with Medicare/DMEPOS regulations for prescription billing and documentation
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or certificate program in pharmacy and/or healthcare
- Minimum of two years' pharmacy experience
- Registration/Certification with the Board of Pharmacy as required by law
- Ability to organize and plan team activities and provide superior customer service
- Computer experience including accounting and billing software
