Kentucky Licensed Psychologist Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the review process for outpatient public sector services, the full-time salaried Kentucky Licensed Psychologist Reviewer will conduct clinical reviews, make insurance benefit coverage determinations, and participate in consultations, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical reviews for service authorization requests, including ongoing outpatient care and non-standard services
• Compose and enter clinical determinations in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Participate in consultations, staff meetings, and trainings as required by management

Required qualifications:

• Independently licensed doctoral level Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Kentucky
• 3+ years of post-licensure experience
• Experience dealing with insurance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a clinical team
