Kentucky Licensed QA Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, a Kentucky Licensed QA Analyst will provide functional and technical analysis and testing for a large-scale IT system, focusing on writing test plans, participating in design discussions, and ensuring thorough testing of system changes.
Key responsibilities
- Writing test plans and conducting tests for critical eligibility applications
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and System Vendor staff to ensure comprehensive testing of system changes
- Documenting defects and performing smoke testing after major production releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/System Testing role
- Strong understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio)
- Ability to manage extreme workloads with minimal direction
