Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist (HEDIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of quality improvement projects related to HEDIS Hybrid Operations
• Train providers and staff in continuous quality improvement methodologies and HEDIS processes
• Analyze, track, and trend performance on established quality indicators and report on progress of quality performance improvement plans (PIPs)

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Quality, or equivalent healthcare experience
• Valid state clinical license preferred (e.g., LPN, RN)
• Experience in HEDIS or NCQA preferred
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
• Experience with medical record review processes
