Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Audit Coder, Revenue Integrity/Coding Administration, Days, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately code and abstract clinic, emergency department, same day surgery, and 23-hour observations
• Apply extensive knowledge of laboratory, radiology, and medicine CPT codes
• Follow established coding policies and procedures and correct charges in the EPIC Billing and Accounts Receivable module

Required Qualifications

• One year of hospital coding experience in a healthcare setting
• Certification such as CCA, CCS, CIC-ICD, COC, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT
• One year of coding experience in an acute care setting (desired)
• Diploma (desired)
• Additional certifications in coding (desired)
