Job Summary
To support the training of Customer Service Representatives, the fully remote Kentucky Licensed Revenue Cycle Educator will conduct end-user training classes, maintain classroom materials, and assist in evaluating course content while residing in Kentucky or select states.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end-user training classes for Customer Service Representatives, focusing on mentorship for new hires
- Maintain and update classroom materials and assist in evaluating course content
- Cross-train in other areas of the revenue cycle as needed and maintain student records
Required qualifications
- Five years of combined experience in patient accounting, customer service, financial, or insurance environments
- Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with EPIC is a plus
