Job Summary
To support revenue integrity efforts, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Revenue Integrity Coordinator will manage billing edits, serve as a liaison between departments, and conduct audits to ensure timely resolution of patient claims while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in resolving billing edits that delay patient claims by reviewing medical records and documentation
- Serve as a liaison between Revenue Integrity and Ancillary Departments regarding revenue and compliance issues
- Conduct billing audits, provide monthly results, and analyze denial trends for improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Three years of coding experience
- One of the following certifications: CCA, CCS, CIC-ICD, COC, or CPC
