Kentucky Licensed Sales Consultant
Job Summary
Driving traffic conversion for new home communities, the remote Kentucky Licensed Sales Consultant will generate leads, manage customer interactions, and facilitate a smooth sales process while occasionally traveling to communities across Kentucky, Indiana, or Michigan.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new traffic through networking, outreach, and marketing materials
- Manage and qualify inbound customer traffic and referrals to meet sales goals
- Facilitate coordination between builders, buyers, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the buying process
Required qualifications
- A valid real estate license in Kentucky; Builder Sales Person license in Michigan is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside and outside sales
- Knowledge of residential homebuilding is preferred
- Strong customer service background with a history of meeting sales goals
- High school diploma or GED
