Job Summary

Providing strategic legal counsel, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Senior Employment Counsel will manage complex employment-related litigation, oversee outside counsel, and ensure compliance with employment laws while working remotely or onsite in Louisville, KY.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute litigation strategy for high-complexity employment disputes and restrictive covenant-related litigation
• Oversee collaboration with outside counsel on staffing, budget management, and case strategy
• Lead internal investigations regarding workplace issues and draft employment-related agreements and policies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• 7+ years of dedicated labor and employment law experience in law firm and in-house corporate settings
• Active membership in a state bar association
• Strong business judgment and negotiation capabilities for practical legal advice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced organization
