Job Summary

Leading large-scale public health IT projects, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage vendor contracts, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and utilize Microsoft Project and PMI methodologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate, plan, and organize project activities while interfacing with end users, vendors, and project staff
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and vendor contracts, proactively tracking risks and issues
  • Provide project status reports and ensure adherence to applicable system design life cycle processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience
  • PMP Certification
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in IT, preferably in the public health domain
  • Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites, including Project, and experienced in managing vendors and contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
