Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders for appropriateness, safety, and accuracy
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and monitoring
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication regimens and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
• Current Kentucky Pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience with computer systems including word processing and pharmacy information systems
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
