Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Kentucky Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver mental health services via telehealth, focusing on client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and support from a dedicated clinical community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate personal needs while building a caseload of clients
• Participate in peer consultations and case conferences to enhance professional growth and support

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Kentucky
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
