Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time Kentucky Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on maintaining a consistent caseload and delivering evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and session lengths
• Provide independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network
• Utilize operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination to minimize administrative tasks

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and practicing in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
