Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity issues in a fully remote environment, focusing on maintaining a consistent caseload and delivering evidence-based care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up therapy sessions remotely for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
- Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with a network of psychiatrists for referrals and support
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
