Job Summary

Leading the Billing, Medical Records, and Authorization Teams, the full-time Kentucky Licensed VP Revenue Cycle will manage all aspects of authorization, records, and billing for various payor sources while ensuring compliance and timely accounts receivable in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage authorization, medical records, and billing for Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Self Pay
• Ensure billing compliance and timely, accurate accounts receivable for payors
• Supervise direct reports and foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge and comfort in the use of computerized billing software
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Expertise in Homecare and Hospice background for multiple sites preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years of industry experience
