Job Summary

To enhance access to quality mental health services, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Women's Mental Health Therapist will provide individual tele-therapy sessions, conduct psychological intakes, and document patient progress remotely, working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell's virtual platform
• Conduct psychological intakes and develop treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Document patient progress and collaborate with medical providers and psychiatric consultants as needed

Required qualifications

• Active Kentucky mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) allowing independent practice
• Formal training in perinatal/peri/menopause mental health or at least 1 year of clinical experience with relevant patient populations
