Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP-Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle indemnity workers' compensation claims on a temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity
• Investigate claims thoroughly and manage claims in litigation
• Report on claims trends and negotiate settlements

Required Qualifications

• KY claims license required at the start of the assignment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in adjudicating indemnity claims
• Minimum of two years' experience adjudicating indemnity workers' compensation claims in KY
• Strong business acumen and understanding of insurance operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
