Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams to call on behalf of clients
• Communicate with donors and secure financial gifts using approved scripts
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while making multiple calls throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
