Job Summary

Welcoming patients with exceptional service, the full-time Kentucky Patient Services Representative will manage phone customer service, schedule appointments, and handle patient information while working remotely with occasional onsite training or meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls, directing patients to appropriate resources and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Process patient information, including demographics, insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations, while ensuring data confidentiality
  • Resolve patient inquiries and issues on the first call by providing accurate information and escalating when necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) upon hire
  • Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels (phone, fax, email)
  • Ability to maintain composure and control during high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs and schedules
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
