Kenya Education Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kenya Consultant for a feasibility study on education, gender equality, and book publishing context.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a qualitative desk review analyzing education, gender equality, and book publishing in Kenya
• Gather and analyze data to produce a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations
• Engage with local stakeholders through interviews and meetings to enhance understanding of the context

Required Qualifications

• A degree in education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in conducting independent research through online investigations and interviews
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum at primary and secondary school levels in Kenya
• Understanding of gender analysis and gender-transformative education programs
• Current residence in Kenya is preferred; fluency in Kiswahili is also preferred
