Job Summary

A company is looking for a Country Finance Manager in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop all financial activities, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, and tax reports for regulatory bodies
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure timely submissions to tax authorities

Required Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies
• Proficiency in managing Payroll ERP systems, with experience in Netsuite preferred
• Significant experience in a global environment with diverse financial regulations
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis and reporting
