Job Summary

To support digital client management, the full-time Key Account Coordinator will monitor attribution and conversion tracking, serve as the main point of contact for key clients, and ensure smooth campaign operations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships
  • Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups to ensure accurate data capture and performance measurement for client campaigns
  • Regularly review campaign performance across digital channels, focusing on display advertising, social media, and podcasting attribution
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, including social media management and display advertising
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client tracking setups
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
