Job Summary
To support a growing digital advertising team, the full-time Key Account Coordinator will manage client relationships, monitor attribution and conversion tracking, and ensure smooth campaign operations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and understanding their business goals
- Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups to ensure accurate data capture for client campaigns
- Regularly review campaign performance across digital channels, focusing on display advertising and social media
Required qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, particularly social media and display advertising
- Familiarity with digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) for organizing campaign data
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
