Job Summary
To support the Key Accounts team, the full-time remote Key Account Coordinator will manage client relationships, monitor attribution tracking, and ensure the smooth execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing white-glove service and building strong relationships
- Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups to ensure accurate data capture and performance measurement for client campaigns
- Regularly review campaign performance for foundational digital channels, focusing on display advertising and social media platforms
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, including social media management and display advertising networks
- Familiarity with digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) for organizing and reviewing campaign data
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
