Job Summary
To support key clients in digital advertising, the full-time remote Key Account Coordinator will manage attribution tracking, ensure campaign performance, and build strong client relationships while monitoring foundational digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and understanding their business goals
- Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups to ensure accurate data capture for client campaigns
- Regularly review campaign performance across digital channels, identifying issues and collaborating with operations teams for optimizations
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, including social media and display advertising
- Familiarity with digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) for organizing campaign data
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
