Job Summary

To support digital client management, the full-time remote Key Account Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for key clients, monitor attribution and conversion tracking, and ensure the smooth operation of advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove service to key clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals
  • Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups for accurate data capture and performance measurement
  • Review campaign performance across digital channels, focusing on display advertising and social media platforms
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, including social media management and display advertising networks
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client tracking setups
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
