Job Summary
To support the Key Accounts team, the full-time remote Key Account Coordinator will manage client relationships, monitor attribution tracking, and ensure the smooth operation of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and understanding their business goals
- Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups to ensure accurate data capture and campaign performance measurement
- Regularly review campaign performance for digital channels, focusing on display advertising and social media, while identifying and resolving tracking issues
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, including social media management and display advertising
- Familiarity with digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client tracking setups
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
