Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Director to drive their launch into a new Enterprise market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from initial engagement through close, including ownership of multi-million dollar deal strategy
- Build executive-level relationships with stakeholders across various departments to position the company as a strategic transformation partner
- Generate and drive net-new enterprise opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience
- Professional literacy in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite
- Proven track record of leading 7+ figure deal cycles from introduction to close
- Experience in consultative selling and managing long-cycle deals
- Deep understanding of builder economics and organizational dynamics
