Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from initial engagement through close, including ownership of multi-million dollar deal strategy
  • Build executive-level relationships with stakeholders across various departments to position the company as a strategic transformation partner
  • Generate and drive net-new enterprise opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience
  • Professional literacy in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite
  • Proven track record of leading 7+ figure deal cycles from introduction to close
  • Experience in consultative selling and managing long-cycle deals
  • Deep understanding of builder economics and organizational dynamics
