A company is looking for a Key Account Liaison responsible for providing dedicated billing support to premier accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee billing processes for premier accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
• Act as the primary billing contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving billing-related concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms and improve billing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of billing or finance experience, preferably with complex accounts
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience with billing systems and ERP platforms, such as NetSuite and Salesforce
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and revenue share reimbursements is preferred
